User Cancellation
Hindutoday Ltd will gladly stop monthly or yearly automatic billing on any user account for the subscribed service. If you subscribe to a monthly service and request the service to be cancelled, the reoccurring billing on your account will be terminated on the date of your notification. Your service will still be active until the renewal date; at which time your access to the product will be stopped.
To cancel your subscription, simply mail us at sales@hindutoday.biz with your username and email address and appropriate reason.
Hindutoday Ltd will promptly refund any charges made, if your request was placed before your reoccurring billing date and your subscription was still charged.
Reoccurring Oversight
Our products are sold on a reoccurring basis and you may cancel at anytime within the duration of your subscription, this is clearly displayed on all our Subscription specific pages. If you overlook or forget the fact that your product is reoccurring and then request a refund for any extended period as a result of the fact you did not know you were purchasing a reoccurring product then we are unable to issue any form of refund.
Technical Problems
Generally we can assist users with any support issues via sales support email. Once you have made a purchase then you are obliged to assist our help desk staff in order to resolve your problem, if you request a refund on technical grounds and refuse the assistance from our staff then your refund will be processed subject to a £10.00 surcharge.
Company Cancellation
Hindutoday Ltd has the right to stop access to our services and/or cancel user accounts based upon any breach of our Terms and Conditions . In such instances we will detail specific breaches and conclusions to users in writing via email and monies paid to date will be non-refundable. In all cases of Hindutoday Ltd cancelling access to services or user accounts we will ensure any reoccurring billing is stopped to coincide with the cancellation.
Delivery
All prices listed on Hindutoday Ltd are inclusive of delivery costs. There will be no extra delivery charges. The deliveries are handled by each of our publishing partners. The publishers have been handling the delivery of magazine subscriptions for many years. They have developed a great system that ensures the titles arrive in your letterbox on time every time. If you are concerned about a delivery please contact us and we will be delighted to look after your request.
INDUSTRY STANDARD DELIVERY SCHEDULES
For monthly publications please allow up to four to six weeks for your first delivery.
For bi-monthly publications please allow up to six to eight weeks for your first delivery.
For special offers please allow up to six weeks for delivery.
For back issues please allow up to six weeks for delivery.
For international delivery please allow up to ten to twelve weeks for your first delivery.
